Mobile Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Represent Texas PAC" SMS campaign ("Campaign"). By opting in and participating in the Campaign, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility:
- To participate in the Campaign, you must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age or older.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Represent Texas PAC organizers are not eligible to participate.
2. Opting In:
- To join the Campaign, submit your phone number via our website sign-up mechanism, or send an email info@representtexaspac.org. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Campaign Period:
- The Campaign will run from 1/1/24 - 12/31/24.
4. Message Frequency:
- Subscribers to the Campaign will receive SMS messages periodically throughout the Campaign period. Message frequency may vary.
5. Message Content:
- SMS messages will contain information related to the Represent Texas PAC, including updates, offers, and news.
6. Opt-Out:
- You may opt out of the Campaign at any time by replying "STOP". You will no longer receive SMS messages from the Campaign.
7. Data Privacy:
- Your personal information provided during the Campaign, including your phone number, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. Message and Data Rates:
- Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details.
9. Help/Support:

10. Changes and Cancellation:
- We reserve the right to change or cancel the Campaign at any time without notice.
